Shipping Policy

Generally, items are in stock and will ship within 2-3 business days unless otherwise stated. If your item is out of stock I will notify you when the item has been ordered and estimated shipping date. In the event that your order is time sensitive, please contact me so that special arrangements can be made.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted for defective merchandise only. Please notify me via email at sassytrendz@hotmail.com if you need to return your order. Please include your order number in the subject box and a brief description of what is wrong with your item(s). Returns must be made and postmarked no later than 7 days after receipt of order. Please include your invoice with the item(s) being returned.

*Please ship any returns with sufficient insurance. SassyTrendz cannot be responsible for returned items which have been lost in the shipping process*
