HOW LONG UNTIL MY ORDER SHIPS?
We process orders on a first come, first serve basis. Processing time depends on what you order, if the item is in stock or a custom item and our workload at the time you order. Timing is typically 7-10 business days.
HOW LONG UNTIL I RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?
Most orders are shipped within 7-10 business days but it depends somewhat on which day of the week you order, what you are ordering and our order back log. We process orders in the order they are received. If there are many customers ahead of you it may take a couple of days to get to your order. Weekends & Holidays are not counted in the shipping timeframe. Also, if an order has several items and one is a preorder, the entire order will not ship until the preorder items is in stock.

Priority Mail - this service is offered though the post office. It is a 2-3 day service, although the post office does not guarantee that time frame. It does come with a tracking number.
WHEN WILL MY LOCAL PICK-UP ORDER BE READY?
If you chose Local Pick-Up your order will be ready within 7-10 business days. Just like other orders, if a pre-ordered item is included your entire order will not be ready until the pre-ordered item is in stock.
Local Pick-Up orders will be held for one month ONLY. After one month if an order is not picked up it will be considered forfeit, unless you have contact the store and made arrangements. Once an order is forfeit it will be donated to a local charity or restocked. There will be no refund or exchange issued, no exceptions. If an individual has multiple occurrences it may result in orders not being filled until a shipping fee is paid as local pick-up will no longer be an option offered to them.
If you accidently chose Local Pick-Up and need your order shipped email us and we can email you a shipping invoice. Once the invoice is paid the 7-10 shipping timeframe will begin. You can reach us as firstname.lastname@example.org

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
Yes, our shipping department emails each customer when their package leaves our warehouse. It is very important to make sure you type in the correct email address on your order so that our shipping notice and tracking information reaches you.
WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST?
If your package is lost by the post office in transit and the anticipated delivery time has passed, we will file a claim on your behalf and reship your package without further delay.
If the U.S. Postal Service reports that they have delivered your package but you have not received it, you need to contact your local post office with your tracking number. Many times your postal carrier has put the package by a door you don't normally use or possibly at a neighbors house. Occasionally they may also hold the package at your local post office for you to pick up. This is not information we have access to....you will need to speak to them personally. Additionally if you still have not received the package after contacting your post office, you may file a claim with the U. S. Post Office for reimbursement direct to you. The claim form is accessed here: http://www.usps.com/forms/_pdf/ps1000.pdf. Simply fill out the claim form and attach a copy of your original receipt from SassyTrendz Boutique. After the post office reimburses you, you can then re-order if you wish.
